One of the downsides of working on the email team - especially since I never take incoming calls - is that I don't tend to get customer feedback. But I did today!
The guy isn't even a policyholder yet, he was just asking if he'd be covered to drive other cars if he accepted his quote. So I sent him my pre-written non-standard email to advise that he would have this cover, but it's only at third party only level yadda yadda blah blah blah.
*grins*
Bernie wants my bottle of wine, if AV bothers to give me one. I don't mind, since I don't drink.
