So...

I finally had my appraisal at noon. Which just happens to be when I usually stop for lunch.

So we spent about forty minutes sat in the pub down the street, discussing my performance during the last year over glasses of cola.

Thankfully I appear to have been doing better than I thought. My now-former manager said she was pleased with the improvements she's seen over the last six months with my productivity, and how the quality of my work has always been a high standard.

Well, thank God for that.

My new team had its first team meeting at the end of my shift, so I stuck around an extra hour to attend. Then I took Rowan over the park for a few minutes, as it's been a very hot day today.

I'm debating whether to watch 'Pie In The Sky' or a couple of episodes of Sports Night this evening, since it's been taken off ABC1 except for thursday nights *mutters darkly about them replacing it with 'Rodney' of all things!*

Thanks. I am so relieved I can't tell you.

I'm glad it's finally over and that it went so well. Well done, you!

I would vote to watch the nude scenes in Pie in the Sky, and the dancing scenes - I list them separately so that it's clear they do not happen simultaneously - and then as much Sports Night as will fill the rest of the evening.

Yeah, it's quite a relief.

Unfortunately, I've had to change my plans. It's storming pretty bad out there tonight, and [livejournal.com profile] richardjgrayson's been nagging me to get the hell off the desktop PC in case it gets shorted out by lightening.

So here am I, on my laptop, which I haven't adjusted to play NTSC.

In compromise, I'm watching Crossworlds instead *grins* I like this film a lot. Jack Black's wooden as hell, which is a shame, but he's only in a couple of scenes so I can deal.
