I don't normally suffer badly with them, at least not anymore. But this time out it's taken quite a while to take hold - almost a week.

I usually get one day when it's really heavy, and today appears to be that day. With a vengence. *sighs* And I was away at a meeting when the trolley came 'round this morning so I couldn't get any chocolate...
