It's getting more and more obvious that the people I work with have some very strange, twisted opinion of me.

Can't really elaborate right now, but I do wonder how on earth that happened. And what I should do about it.

{{{hugs}}} People do end up with strange impressions of other people. Judy, for example, seems to think I can't eat out in a restaurant without her help, and always asks "Is there anything you can eat on the menu?"

Mind you, the people here probably think I'm a psycho killer. Not without reason, as I would cheerfully gun down the lot of them.

On another topic - very little response to my suggestion of a SN chat. Would you like to plough ahead anyway and see if anyone turns up, or shall I just give up on the idea?

I don't see any reason why we can't continue, sweetie.

Heck, we could have a Josh Charles-viewing night instead if it came to it. Pick a movie we both like and talk about that as we watch it.

The only trouble with that is that I'd have to get Judy's laptop out, because my DVD drive is still broken and probably always will be since neither the GC nor Penny could make it work. (I've got SN on downloads.)

I thought we could aim for 10.00 Friday night (because I watch Criminal Minds - although, actually, I'm not sure if I do want to watch it when I'm alone in the house!), going on till about midnight. Is that good for you?

That is a pain...sounds like you need to take it to PC World, or whatever's local.

That's fine. I don't watch anything specific on a Friday night right now, so I'll be around.

I doubt if PC World knows any more than Penny does. Ironically enough, it broke while someone was trying to talk me through a region-unlock download. They never did apologise, either. *sigh*

I'll make another post to say we'll be chatting at 10, and see if anyone turns up.
