We're in the midst of a massive desk move within the company today; had to pack all my things away yesterday afternoon, and I got kicked off my desk about an hour ago. I'm now having to use the desk of someone else who's not in today and ugh....it's stinking :-(

I'm certain she's a lovely person, but....*shudders* My desk at work is the only place in my life that actually is tidy - so much so I can tell if someone else has used it while I'm off-shift. Sure, I eat at my desk and all that, but stuff is put away tidy, and my keyboard's reasonably clean. My fingertips currently have a thin covering of some kind of grime...*shudders some more*

Not going to have access to my new desk till Monday - I don't actually *know* where it is, right now. I've seen the seating plan, but that's not the same as actually seeing it with my own eyes.

I don't have access to Microsoft Outlook at this desk either, since the girl who uses it is on a phones team and therefore doesn't need it. So I'm doing this via the Webmail facility.

Gah!

Well, at least we're out for a team night-out in half an hour; gonna go see the new Indiana Jones down Cardiff Bay. Not expecting the best film in the world ever, but I hope to be entertained at least. I haven't been to the cinema without Rowan in nearly a year, and I haven't socialised with other adults since going out for a post-christmas drink with some of the other mums from Rowan's school in January.
