If you, like me, adored 'The Time Traveller's Wife' by Audrey Niffenegger, and are open to reading slash fanfiction, then I whole-heartedly recommend this story; The Time Traveller's Husband
It's in no way explicit, though there's implications. In fact, it's tamer than the novel that inspired it. But it's absolutely, heart-renderingly beautiful.
