la la la...

In a six-desk pod, I'm the only one here. My manager and supervisor are off
today, as are three of my team-mates. The only ones on my team here besides
me are the two who sit in the next pod over.

So, naturally I am bored, bored, bored. Plus I'm all crampy, so I'm trying
to convince myself that it was okay to buy chocolate off the trolley this
morning. Especially since I had a McDonalds on Saturday and a Burger King
yesterday....

Funny thing - my computer's clock is about three minutes behind the clock on
my telephone. But since we use the clock on the phone for log-in times and
stuff, I have to go with that one. Still well wierd.

Chris didn't make it to tonight's grand final of X-Factor, unfortunately.
He's well gutted, naturally, and not entirely being a good sport about it.
But then again, everyone else thought he was a shoe-in as well. I'll be glad
when it's over though - it's been pretty annoying having my entire evening
taken up by the tv, till gone eleven every night for a week now.

Zzzzzzz.....

I hate searching out insurance quotes. Especially now I have a claim in my history.

EDT: Oh sod it...doesn't look like I'm gonna get a better quote, even with the claim. *throws in the towel and allows policy to auto-renew.*
