Just a quick hello

Had to download my camera before I finished packing...

I was gonna take my old 35mm camera with me as I have heaps of film, but it's been a long time since I last used it and I forgot to take the batteries out.... No amount of scrapping seems to be doing the trick. *sigh*

So I had to get the images off my digital camera. Shame I won't be able to take all that many pictures now - I don't have a smart card for it, so all images get saved on the internal memory. And you can't download those in the places you can get your photos printed.

And I really don't think Mam would let me bring the laptop with me *sigh*

Feels like I have a million things to do before I have to go stay with my folks for the night (gotta take the cat with me too...joy.) Things to clean, things to put away...I was hoping to come home and only have to worry about washing the clothes we wore on the trip. But I honestly didn't think I'd achieve it, since I really hate housework and am therefore extremely distractable.

Case in point is this post right here! *grins*

Not gonna check the Watchtower, or my fanfic sites as I know I'll get suckered in and I really have to get a move on.
