Did something today I don't do often....

...I actually voted in an election.

I don't normally bother. A combination of voter apathy, and the belief that in the more local elections my vote doesn't count for much. Or maybe they're the same thing, really.

But I'm pretty fed up with the way things are right now. I don't want the other main party to get into power, 'cause they're no better than what we have now. Maybe worse. But maybe my voting for the third party will give them enough power to at least shake the other two out of their complacency.

I just pray I never again have to see people I care about go through hell, just cause the arseholes who hold all the power in this world want to play the righteous bullies.

Meh...
