I got positive feedback from a customer!

One of the downsides of working on the email team - especially since I never take incoming calls - is that I don't tend to get customer feedback. But I did today!
The guy isn't even a policyholder yet, he was just asking if he'd be covered to drive other cars if he accepted his quote. So I sent him my pre-written non-standard email to advise that he would have this cover, but it's only at third party only level yadda yadda blah blah blah.
*grins*
Bernie wants my bottle of wine, if AV bothers to give me one. I don't mind, since I don't drink.

AV gave me a bottle of red wine, which I promptly gave to Ceri as Bernie can't drink right now for medical reasons (he's kinda peeved at me for that *laughs*). Then, ten minutes later, AV comes back over and says "You don't drink, do you?" and offered me a £5 gift voucher instead!
So now I plan to do a little shopping tomorrow before work...
