Is there a quota for diva-moments? 'Cause right now I feel like I deserve one, and it's not like I do that much if at all.

Of course, I could just be hormonal right now.

I think you can have as many Diva moments as you like. It's a woman's right to be a Diva whenever she damn well pleases!

I always get embarrassed afterwards. I can't cry or shout or anything like that, without feeling the need to apologise afterwards. Even if I don't think I've done anything that needs apologising for!

Everybody needs a diva moment now and then. The tricky thing is getting the time to yourself so that no one is actually on the receiving end of it (or so I find) but other than that obstacle, go for it!

But then again, what's the point of a diva moment when you're alone? It's never as cathartic as it needs to be then.

I suppose that very much depends on the nature of the person having the moment. I find it very difficult to let go in front of other people - I almost can't have that sort of "diva" moment under normal circumstances.
