gothams3rdrobinPretty much my entire street just got plunged into darkness for about twenty minutes! I wouldn't have been able to see anything at all if I hadn't been using my laptop.
Good thing I'm not scared of the dark, innit! ;-)
EDT: And it just did it again for a minute....I'm worried about my alarm clock and fridge if I go to bed. Plus I have Rowan's school jumpers drying in the machine...

Date: 2007-03-20 06:16 pm (UTC)It did occur to me that I ought to invest in a torch of some kind. I have candles - tealights and special christmas ones - and a good supply of matches since the oven in my gas cooker needs to be lit by a match (do not ask me why for I have no idea!) - but other than that...
Though, thinking about it, having the room lit by tealights for a while would have been kinda pretty!
