Foolishness in the video store
So I went to the video store close to my office this lunchtime (read:11.30...so wrong...) and I picked up the Batman boxset, Justice League:Secret Origins and a John Cusack film called 'Say Anything'.
And I blame
fair_witness entirely! lol! I shouldn't get into coversations about movies and DVDs with people....*grin*
Don't know when I'll get to watch any of them, since the parental units will be home tonight, and they'd probably go nuts if they knew I'd bought them. (Sneaking them home will be tricky....)
And I don't even have any room on the shelves for them!

Sam will also respond to "kitty" or "idjit cat." And while most of the time he acts like an utter fluffhead, this is also the same cat who knows what light switches do, that doorknobs are involved in doors opening and closing, and he once pulled down a hand towel to make himself a nest in the sink.

Tammie once brought in a very very young baby bird that had fallen from its nest, and placed it at my Dad's feet. He then looked up at him as if to say "Dad - you know how to fix this don't you?"
Shame he couldn't. The little thing hadn't even started growing its feathers, it was that young.
