Awww man....
So David Eddings has passed away :-(
I've always had difficulty reading his work, for reasons I can't put my finger on, but when I was eleven or so I lapped up The Belgariad and The Mallorean like they were manna from heaven. Enjoyed The Redemption Of Althalus a lot too.
I frequently wish they'd turn The Belgariad into an animated movie, but I know he's stated in no uncertain terms that he never wants his novels made into films. *sigh* Still, it's fun to imagine who might voice which character!
I think I may have to go re-read Pawn Of Prophecy yet again. Or maybe try and actually finish Elder Gods....
