gothams3rdrobin: (beautiful welsh vowels)
As you guys know, I'm attempting to study Welsh through the Open University. To keep me in practise, I've set my Facebook to Welsh, which can be very tricky but I'm doing my best. I also have the laptop set to Welsh as much as possible - which pretty much means I can see the date in Welsh... :-p

I've been having some problems with a Firefox/Zone Alarm conflict this past week, and I decided to upgrade my Firefox. I go onto the website, and I'm presented with a download link - for a Welsh edition! I didn't even go searching for it!

So I jumped at the chance, and downloaded it. It's a little tricky, as all the pull-down menus are in Welsh and I'm mostly working from memory at this point - but I'll cope.

I also downloaded the Welsh dictionary from the add-ons section, but this has resulted in a bit of a problem; you know how Firefox can have a built in spellchecker when you're typing? Well, mine now thinks every single word I type is misspelt! *laughs* Red dotted lines all over the shop!

Not even adding on the British English dictionary on top seems to help.

Ah well.
