Insurers to the rich and famous!

Two of the girls on my department, in their roles as India Liasons, are running roleplays over the telephone with some of the newbies out in Bangalore.

They're making use of some old, mucked-about-with, policy files on the testing system, and its hilarious! We've had people like 'Jennifer Lopez' and 'Judy Garland' making queries and changes to their policies! I can't turn around and grin at them in case I mess up their composure.
