Moved into our new team area now, and guess what? Most of the systems don't have Outlook loaded onto them!
So if we need to send a free-text message to a policyholder that's more than about four lines long? Can't do it.
Amazing job there, IT....*shakes head in bemusement*
Oh, and as an aside, remember those towels on my washing line yesterday? They were still there this morning *fume* There's someone on the opposite block who has this habit of putting out their washing and just leaving it there. Can be there for days sometimes, regardless of weather. Our Housing Officer has put a note around about that before now, as well as about the bikes that keep getting left in the foyer outside my front door.
Where did I put that transfer application form again...?
