Alright, High School Musical 2?
On the whole, not as good as the original and it's much closer to the cheesy musicals of the past. But there's still lots of very, very cool things about it so I can safely say I loved it.
They've actually given Corbin Bleu lyrics to sing, rather than leaving him singing the choruses, and the same is true of Monique Coleman. I think overall my favourite song is 'I Don't Dance'. Corbin Bleu and baseball? FTW! :-)
...I officially have a maternal crush on Corbin. The kid's so cute it's unbearable! I loved him in Jump In! too.
*happy sigh* Worth the wait.
Rowan loved it too - he kept getting up to dance during the final numbers! *laughs* He's so funny! He's also starting to cry at movies too (Iesu, he'll kill me for writing this when he's older! *laughs*) I think this is the third movie I've shown him in the last fortnight with a sad bit that's made him burst into tears *cuddles him* First when the Animal Control Officer took Odie out of the cage at the City Pound to maybe do something awful....then when Aslan died in The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe....and now tonight!
