Well, this isn't so bad....

My in-laws cancelled on me today, 'cause they're sick, so I have Rowan home with me.

However, it's a sunny day for a change, and he's out in the communal garden, playing with two other kids. This leaves me free to get on with my housework, and continue ripping just about every CD I own onto my computer....

Symba's a little wary of the attention though... ;-)

Ok, now my cat is suicidal....

He's found a very sneaky hiding place in the storage section at the bottom of my cooker - there's a gap at the back he can get in through.

Normally, this isn't a problem. And I let him stay there while the kids were trying to find him, let him have some peace.

But now I'm trying to cook some dinner. And even though I've encouraged him to get out, and even turned the oven on, he will not get out!

If the initial burst of gas doesn't make him sick, he's gonna get roasted under there....
