Okies, so I got a new computer last week (I'm selling my employee shares tomorrow morning.....) and I have now been able to get it connected to the wireless network we have here.
And since the rugrat has gone to visit his Dad and my in-laws, I have the peace and quiet required to mess around on it! *grins muchly*
So I connected up my old, extremely dusty VCR, and have managed to establish a signal - albeit with no sound at the moment...Think I need some audio cables.
And I also scanned in some of the pictures I was drawing last night, since LJ was down (Robin's account still is...damn MadCow server....) and I'm struggling with Harvey Bullock's persona so's I can write a conversation between him and Robin.
I have no illusions about my artistic ability - I can't draw for toffee. But I enjoy tracing, and colouring in. I used to make signs for my door, with Superheroes on them, warning everyone to keep out of the room as there was bomb-testing going on inside! *winks*

BatgirlOracleStarfireI'm actually fiercely proud of that picture of Starfire - I did that back when I was still in High School, so well over a decade now. I was going to transfer it onto paper, as with all the others, but it was so beautiful I feared the transfer wouldn't do it justice. So I kept it on the tracing paper and glued it to some white card. It hung on my wall for years, and will no doubt return there sometime soon.
