Maybe I don't talk very well, but surely I'm not so incoherent that it takes someone three attempts to understand that I'm calling them *from* the car insurance department *with regards to* a travel insurance query?

It's bad enough people email our general Customer Service address regarding both home and travel insurance as well as car insurance - it's no real hardship to call the other companies trading under our brand name to arrange
a callback. But when I have to almost shout at the silly moo on the other end of the phone? Gah!
